Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Products that have been used or altered

  • Custom or personalized orders


Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately at info@gripyy.com. We will arrange for a free replacement as quickly as possible. Please provide photos of the damage to help us assist you efficiently.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Please send all returns to our business address in the Netherlands. Contact us for the exact return address.


Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be made via the original payment method.


Important Notes

  • Orders placed incorrectly or with wrong shipping addresses cannot be refunded once shipped.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as Gripyy cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
